当社が販売したセキュリティカメラ CG1 について今までストレージを提供していた会社からAWS値上げ等の理由で2025年3月19日に課金ユーザ（AI活用などのプレミアム機能）になっていただかないとデータが保存されないと通知がきました。
多分、登録ユーザさんたちにも届いているかと思います。
マイクロSDカードを入れてアプリで初期化して今まで通りにご活用いただけます。

無料プラン終了後にアップグレードしない場合でも、カメラのライブ映像やサムネイル付きのモーション通知をご利用いただけます。また、microSDカードを使用して映像をローカルに記録することで、柔軟にニーズに対応いただけます。

We’re reaching out to remind you that your two-year Free Plan of VicoHome Cloud Service, which has provided you with motion recordings stored in the cloud, will end on 19/03/2025. We’re happy to have provided this added layer of security for you at no cost.
As we continue to enhance our services, the increasing demand and ongoing expenses mean we can no longer offer this free plan indefinitely. We wanted to let you know early so you have time to consider your options.
For continued cloud storage after your plan expires and enhanced AI-driven security insights, our Premium Awareness Plan is a great choice. It offers cloud storage, AI notifications like person alerts, and activity zones, providing you with greater control over your home’s security. To upgrade, simply go to “Cloud Service” on your Camera Settings page.
If you choose not to upgrade after your Free Plan expires, you’ll still have access to your camera’s live feed and continue receiving motion notifications with thumbnail previews. You can also record footage locally using a microSD card, giving you flexible options to meet your needs.
